Alan Kirk

Alan Kirk is a seasoned executive and consultant with over three decades of leadership experience in the global apparel and footwear industry. He has held senior roles at iconic brands including Filson, Eddie Bauer, Lands' End, Billabong, and Mast Industries, driving sourcing strategy, product development, and operational excellence. Alan is the founder of Kompas Sourcing Global, a boutique sourcing company focused on helping brands and private equity firms optimize supply chains, accelerate product timelines, and unlock growth through global manufacturing partnerships. Known for his hands-on leadership style, product knowledge and deep factory and field experience globally, Alan combines strategic vision with practical execution to deliver results.

Eddie Lee

Eddie Lee is the co-founder of Kompas Sourcing - HKG, he is a seasoned apparel industry executive with a strong background in brand development, sourcing, and global supply chain management. He served as GM of Northstar Design,, where he led private-label product development and sourcing initiatives for major U.S. retailers. Prior to that, Eddie held key leadership roles at Billabong, where he was instrumental in streamlining operations and expanding the brand’s global manufacturing footprint. With over two decades of experience, Eddie brings deep expertise in vendor management, product lifecycle execution, and aligning creative direction with commercial strategy. He is known for building agile teams, fostering supplier partnerships across Asia and Latin America, and driving margin growth through operational efficiency.
